We collect what an order requires and nothing beyond it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and — for delivery orders — your delivery address and postal code. We collect this because an order cannot be fulfilled without it.
Your cart is held in a session cookie so it survives between pages. No account is created and no password is stored.
Payment information
Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout pages and are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. We receive only a payment status and a reference from Stripe.
Who processes your data
Stripe processes payments. Our email provider delivers order confirmations and invoices. Both act as processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Order records, including invoices, are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Beyond that we do not keep marketing profiles on customers.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep your cart, and first-party analytics to understand which pages and products people use. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
