Frequently asked questions
Delivery charges, collection, payment, allergens, storage and returns. If your question is not here, message us — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and PayNow, both handled through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout is guest-only — you enter your details once at checkout and receive an order confirmation and invoice by email.
Can I change or cancel an order after paying?
Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or on WhatsApp. Orders that have not yet been prepared can usually be changed; once a batch is baked or packed we may not be able to.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice is generated automatically after payment and emailed to you, and it stays available from the order tracking link in that email.
Delivery & collection
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of S$50.00 and above. Below that, the fee is calculated from your postal code and starts at S$4.00 — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Not at present. We deliver within Singapore only, and checkout accepts Singapore addresses.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Self-collection is free and can be chosen in the cart before checkout, where you also pick the collection location.
How long will my order take?
Baked items are made in batches, so timing depends on what you ordered and when. You will receive a tracking link by email that shows the current status of your order.
Can I order for a specific date?
For festive periods and larger orders, message us before ordering so we can confirm the date. Around Lunar New Year and Hari Raya we recommend ordering two to three weeks ahead.
Products & storage
What is the difference between the plain and gift-packaged versions?
The product inside is identical. Gift packaging is presentation only, and it appears as a selectable option on the same product page so you can compare the two prices directly.
How should I store dried fruit and nuts?
Airtight and away from heat. In Singapore's humidity, refrigerating shelled nuts once opened makes the biggest difference; dried fruit should only be refrigerated if the container is genuinely airtight.
How long do baked items keep?
Keep tins sealed and out of direct sunlight, and go by the date on the packaging. Once a tin is opened, humidity softens pastry within a couple of days.
Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?
Several products contain nuts, and items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and soy. We cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen — if you have an allergy, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering so we can check the specific item for you.
Returns & problems
What if something arrives damaged?
Message us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it. Damage in transit is on us, not on you.
Can I return food items I simply changed my mind about?
Perishable and food items cannot be returned once delivered, for food-safety reasons. Unopened non-food items such as candles can be returned within 7 days in their original condition.
Something is missing from my order.
Contact us with your order number and we will send the missing item or refund it. Larger orders are occasionally split across deliveries.
Still stuck?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, particularly for allergen questions and festive dates.
